Your personal hygiene can define you as a person in the professional world, especially when it comes to getting close to people. Having body odour or bad breath can make you unattractive and unpopular in the workplace.

One form of personal hygiene that people often overlook is their teeth. Every time you open your mouth or smile you are showing off your teeth, and people notice if they are stained or rotten. There are several things you can do to ensure the health of your teeth.

Obviously the best thing you could do is to stop eating so much junk food and stop doing things that stain your teeth. Brushing your teeth is advisable at least twice a day, once when you wake up and once when you go to bed.

In addition to brushing, flossing is also highly recommended to get rid of all of the loose food and bacteria between your teeth that your toothbrush cannot reach.

Mouth wash will also remove any bacteria and bad breath that you may be suffering from. The combination of brushing twice daily, flossing and using mouth wash is the least you can do to ensure the continued hygiene of your teeth and mouth.
